Gematria Methodology and Results

Calculation Method

Gematria represents a traditional system for assigning numerical values to Hebrew letters. Our service employs the classical Gematria approach where:

• א (Aleph) = 1, ב (Bet) = 2, continuing through ת (Tav) = 400
• Final form letters (ך, ם, ן, ף, ץ) have the same values as their regular forms: ך=20 (same as כ), ם=40 (same as מ), ן=50 (same as נ), ף=80 (same as פ), ץ=90 (same as צ)

This methodology is also known as classical Gematria or large Gematria. Additional methods (such as small Gematria, word-based Gematria, etc.) may be incorporated in future updates.
